Refund Policy

1. Overview

Due to the nature of digital software licenses and services, Skylite Technologies follows a strict return and refund policy. Please read the following terms carefully before making any purchase.

2. Software Products

Once a Tally software license is issued and activated, it is non-refundable. As these are digital goods linked to your business identity, they cannot be returned or transferred.

3. Services

Service charges related to software installation, remote setup, troubleshooting, and training are non-refundable once delivered.

4. Eligibility for Refund

  • If a duplicate payment was made by error, a refund may be issued after verification.
  • If a service was paid for but not rendered within 7 business days, you may request a refund.

5. How to Request a Refund

Please email your refund request to support@skylitetechnologies.in with the following details:

  • Transaction ID
  • Invoice Number
  • Reason for the refund
  • Bank account details (for offline payments)

6. Refund Process

Once approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days. Payment gateway charges (if any) may be deducted from the refunded amount.
